Dry cured middle back bacon, pork sausages from Highfield House Farm, grilled vine tomatoes, button mushrooms, Derbyshire oatcakes and award winning local black pudding served with your choice of free range eggs.
Or make any selection from: Simply Eggs: Fried, poached, scrambled or boiled: bacon, sausage, grilled tomato, sautéed mushrooms, French toast, Bakewell black pudding or baked beans
Vegetarian breakfast: Vegetarian sausage, tomato, sauté potatoes, baked beans, fried bread & your choice of egg
Milk poached smoked haddock with a poached egg & lemon wedge
Boiled eggs with soldiers
Eggs Benedict: poached eggs on toasted muffins with ham and hollandaise sauce
