Exclusive use includes-all 12 bedrooms. Exclusive use of the Garden Room bar, exclusive use of all lounge areas of the hotel, The Terrace Restaurant the private dining rooms, the terrace and garden areas.

The hotel has a licence for civil ceremonies and these normally take place in the elegant Wye Room. Our AA 2 Red Rosette award-winning Terrace Room restaurant, awarded Derbyshire Restaurant of the Year for 2008, can accommodate seated receptions for up to 66 people. For larger parties there are ample grounds for a marquee and numbers can increase up to 120.
