Chef de Partie
Under the stewardship of our Head Chef (recently awarded 2 AA Rosettes) and as part of a brigade of six, we currently have a vacancy for a Chef de Partie. You must be a good team player, and work well under pressure. Recent & relevant experience in at least 2 AA rosette hotels is essential for this position. Excellent salary package (live-in available)
