In
order to guarantee full flavours of seasonal products our Head Chef has
designed menu selections that reflect the seasonality of the
ingredients as well as our ability to support local producers wherever
possible.
Whilst
we offer you a choice of within the package, the menu on the day is a
set menu and we will ask you to provide us with your choice of one
starter, main course and pudding prior to your Wedding. We are
obviously happy to cater for vegetarians and other special diets;
however these need to be planned in advance. Should you wish to serve a
specific dish that is not listed, please feel free to ask; our Chef
will do his utmost to assist you. For all our functions we serve
freshly baked bread. Our main courses include seasonal vegetables on
the plate as well as potatoes. If you would like to serve additional
vegetables, these can be provided at an additional charge. Please
select one item from each course to create your 3-course wedding
breakfast menu.
Either
soup or an intermediate course can be selected as a 4th course at a
supplement of £4.75 per person. Cheese can be served as an extra course
at £7.00 per person or £30.00 per table.
