When you choose East Lodge as your perfect wedding venue you also get all the experience and expertise of our brigade of award winning Chefs. The brigade is led by Simon Bradley who trained under leading Chefs such as Raymond Blanc at the Le Manoir aux Quatre Saisons, John Burton Race at L’Ortolan and at the Ritz in Paris.
Our job is to translate your dream wedding at East Lodge into reality and the food you serve your guests is very much part of your special day.
Our food philosophy is to use seasonal ingredients, locally sourced where possible. You can be sure that everything we serve you and your guests is freshly made on site. No frozen dim sums or bought in sausage rolls!! Your wedding food is every bit as important to us as it is to you so you can be confident that everything is produced specially for you and is not just mass contract catering.
We'll be happy to help you design your Wedding Breakfast menu and evening garden buffet or BBQ. We can even organise a “tasting” to help you decide. When available we can host your tasting at our new Chef’s Table which is right at the heart of our new 21st Century kitchen.
