Warm salad of black pudding, air-dried ham and soft boiled quails eggs

Classic prawn cocktail with ice-berg lettuce and Marie-rose sauce

Salmon and parsley fish-cake, watercress and green peppercorn sauce

Rolled terrine of ham and chicken, East Lodge chutneys and toast

Trio of melon with a strawberry sherbet & coconut & mint syrup

Main Course

Roasted Derbyshire beef, Yorkshire puddings and red wine gravy

Slow roasted loin of pork, baby onion and artichoke ragout

Herb roasted spring chicken, broad beans, bacon and sage cream

Fillet of salmon with buttered cucumber, dill and crushed new potatoes

Highfield farm lamb with rosemary dumplings and spinach puree

Parmesan risotto with grilled white asparagus, poached bantam egg and soft herbs
