The final number of delegates must be agreed no later than 3 days before the event. This number will be used for the final invoice
Payment for the whole event must be settled on departure unless a formal credit facility has been arranged. Credit account must be settled within 7 days.
In the event of cancellation of all or part of the event the following charges will apply. Non arrivals will be charged at the full rate.
1 month prior to the date 50% of the anticipated revenue
2 weeks prior to the date 75% of the anticipated revenue
1 weeks prior to the date 100% of the anticipated revenue
Cancellations must be made in writing.
These terms and condition may be altered at the discretion of the management. Where possible notice will be given.
