Starters

Roasted tomato and red pepper soup

Pressed ham hock terrine with chorizo, apple and mustard purée and sour dough crackers                         

Crab and crème fraiche tian, salt baked beetroot, chicory salad and passion fruit jelly                                     

Seared wood pigeon breast, nut granola, savoury soil, port reduction, swede purée and rocket salad     

Pan seared scallops, celeriac purée, sautéed celeriac and apple jelly

Crisped fillet of Scottish salmon, butter roasted potatoes, wild mushrooms, cauliflower and truffle cous cous
