Pan fried breast of Gressingham duck, confit potato, and watercress and kumquat salad with a citrus dressing

Fillet of sole ‘Veronique’, duchess potato and a Noilly Prat cream sauce and grapes

Seared fillet of sea bass, saffron potato, leek fondue and pink champagne sauce

Double baked spinach and bleu d’auvergne soufflé with steamed new potatoes and seasonal vegetables
